Who this policy covers

Crawford AI and Web LLC, doing business as Crawford Digital, provides websites, advertising, automation, software, and related technical services. This policy applies to crawford.cc and to apps and integrations that link to it. App-specific notices describe actual features, permissions, and data use and supplement this baseline.

Website information

The contact form asks for a name, business name, email, phone number, requested help, and project details. FormSubmit processes the submission and sends it to our business email. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure receives technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The site loads a Google Ads conversion tag, and sends Google Ads a conversion event after FormSubmit confirms an accepted inquiry; that event is not the content of the form message.

Apps and integrations

Information depends on the feature chosen and permissions granted. An app-specific screen, platform prompt, or notice should identify actual categories, which can include account identifiers; user-selected content or media; authorized business or advertising information; diagnostics; or device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts. This baseline does not state that every app requests every category.

Use, providers, retention, and security

Information is used to respond, provide authorized features or services, operate and secure them, measure accepted inquiries, and maintain necessary business, security, and legal records. Relevant providers include FormSubmit, Vercel, Google, and platforms or providers identified by an app-specific notice. Retention lasts only as reasonably necessary for service, security, records, disputes, and applicable legal obligations; no single automatic schedule applies to every record. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Email josh@crawford.cc with the subject “Privacy request” and identify the site, app, service, and requested access, correction, or deletion. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify identity and authority. We delete information no longer needed, subject to service, security, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal record needs, and explain limits.

Revoke Google access in Google Account connections; revoke Apple device access in Settings → Privacy & Security and Sign in with Apple access in Sign-In & Security; revoke Meta access in Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. Revoking stops future permission-based access but does not itself delete records already held by us.
