Terms of Service
Effective October 28, 2026. These baseline terms apply to crawford.cc and Crawford Digital apps and integrations that link to them.
Agreement and scope
These Terms are an agreement with Crawford AI and Web LLC, doing business as Crawford Digital. Crawford Digital provides website, advertising, automation, software, Shopify, and related technical services. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, billing, renewal, and cancellation for paid work are stated in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, subscription, or app-store purchase terms. Specific terms control on the same subject. Store and platform terms govern the user's relationship with that store or platform; these Terms are not a complete custom EULA for every store.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for information they provide, accounts and devices they control, and having authority to grant access. The site, apps, and integrations may not be used unlawfully, without authorization, to violate rights, distribute malware, defeat security, disrupt service, or misrepresent identity or authority.
Customer media and service materials
Customers keep ownership of content and media they provide and grant Crawford Digital a limited license to use it only as reasonably needed to provide, support, and secure requested work. Customers must have the necessary rights. Portfolio use requires separate permission or agreement. Crawford Digital and its licensors retain their own software, designs, documentation, and materials.
Outcomes and third parties
We do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, reach, platform approval, ad delivery, or a particular business result. Connected hosting, form, app-store, advertising, commerce, and account services have their own terms and policies. Crawford Digital is not responsible for those companies' independent decisions or outages, while remaining responsible for its own applicable obligations.
Availability, disclaimers, and responsibility
Features may change and access may be restricted for breach, unlawful use, security risk, applicable nonpayment, or legal or platform requirements. Except for express written promises and to the extent permitted by law, public and free services are provided as is and as available. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law. Lawful limits on unforeseeable indirect or consequential loss do not apply where prohibited or to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited.
Applicable law, consumer rights, and contact
Applicable law, including its jurisdiction rules, governs. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or permitted forums. Contact josh@crawford.cc with questions.
